| Take the LIE to Van Dam Street
exit (last exit before the Midtown Tunnel) Make a right at the
light. Go 1 block to Hunter's Pt. Blvd and make a left. Go over
railroad tracks. At the bottom of hill is 21st street. Make right.
Go to 44th Road. Make left and go one block to 11th St. We
are on the NW corner. |

| BQE East to McGuiness/Humboldt
Street exit. Bear left at exit onto McGuinness Blvd. McGuiness Blvd
becomes 11th St in Long Island City. Continue on 11th St until
44th Road. We are on the NW corner. |

| Exit at viaduct on Queens side
to 21st St. Left on 21st St to 44th Road. Right on 44th
Road one block to 11th St. |

| Bear right at LIC Toll and take
exit on right - #14 - to 25A sign. Cross road at (diner) signal
light. Continue straight (north) on 21st St towards 59th St Bridge
and past BP gas station on right until you reach 44th Road.
Left on 44th Road 1 block to 11th St. We are on the NW
corner. |

| Take first exit(31st Street -
Astoria Blvd Exit) make first right (crossing in front of cars at
Stop sign) onto 29th Street and proceed to the light at the end of
the block. At end of block make right onto Astoria Blvd and proceed
4 lights to 21st Street. Make a left turn on 21st Street and go
about 2 miles to 44th road. You will go under the 59th Street bridge
before getting to 44th Road. Make right on 44th Road and go
one block to 11th St. We are on the NW corner. |

| Take E or V train( board in the
last car) to 23rd STREET/ELY AVE.stop. This is the 1st stop after
Manhattans Lexington Ave. stop. Exit subway onto the corner of 23rd
Street and 44th Drive and walk one block on 44th drive towards the
Manhattan Skyline to 11th Street. Make a right and walk one block to
44th Road. We are on the NW corner
